Collier Consulting is pleased to announce Brad Cross, Sr. Hydrogeologist, as the newest member of the Collier team. Brad has 35 years of experience in the field of underground injection control, hydrogeologic studies, environmental assessments, and project management.

Brad’s experience at the TCEQ for 15 years spans development rules, regulations, guidelines associated with Underground Injection Control, Public Drinking Water, Waste Management, and Non-Point Source Pollution. He served as a permit writer for Class I and Class V injection well areas and as a program manager for the Class V injection well program. Brad has served as Division Chair for the Ground Water Protection Council (formerly) known as the Underground Injection Practices Council), and has served as a consultant to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Washington, D.C. in development of regulatory guidelines for the 1996 Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act.
